Whilst we work diligently to ensure you receive the best in quality and service we understand that you may wish to cancel or return your order. Please note that you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day on which you receive the Product(s). You must inform Ritz London Cigars of your decision to cancel your order by contacting us by telephone on +44 (0)20 7300 2500, email firstname.lastname@example.org or by retuning the products in the post or directly to the Ritz London Cigars Shop.
Provided that the Product is a returnable item and is returned in perfect condition with the original labels, you will be entitled to a refund of the full sale price, however, postage charges are non-refundable. Please note that the return of Products that are damaged, spoiled or without their original labels will not be eligible for a refund.
Ritz London Cigars does not accept returns for: Products which have been opened, used, unsealed and so are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; Products the condition of which have deteriorated; or have not been stored in the appropriate conditions; guidelines are outlined with every purchase

Please enclose a copy of your original order confirmation within the package under which Products are returned.
After receipt of valid returns, Ritz London Cigars will effect refunds back onto the payment card that was originally used for the purchase. Other than in respect of the standard postage in respect of orders sent to you and cancelled during the cancelation period, we do not refund postage and/or packaging charges.
Delivery is by Royal Mail in conjunction with Parcel Force and therefore Ritz London Cigars will not be held responsible for any Products lost or damaged in the post or for any postal delays. Please note it is not possible to deliver to PO box numbers as all deliveries will need to be signed for at the time of delivery.
